Procurement Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Associate to optimize supply chain information flow and manage inventory movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate inventory reports from manufacturing partners for the supply chain team
• Write and track purchase orders, ensuring accurate entry into the ERP system
• Coordinate inventory transfers and manage product information within the ERP system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related business field
• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in consumer goods or DTC/eCommerce
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations
• Experience with inventory management practices
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
