Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing and supplier negotiations for equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the sourcing point for all RFP and supplier negotiations
• Manage service and equipment supply to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve supply issues

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of industry experience, not necessarily in Life Sciences
• Ability to plan and execute negotiations for equipment and supply agreements
• Familiarity with lab equipment, bidding, and negotiation processes
• Experience with maintenance and warranty contract terms
• A degree is required
