A company is looking for a Senior Director, Procurement and Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing procurement organization focused on team development and performance optimization
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Procurement function to maximize cost efficiency
• Expand and centralize the Procurement function to create a unified, data-driven approach to sourcing and vendor management

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field
• Experience building and scaling procurement functions in fast-changing environments
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills across diverse spend categories
• Proven success leading and mentoring diverse teams
