Senior Director of Procurement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Capital Equipment Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for materials and equipment to support manufacturing and expansion plans
• Build and mentor a high-performing team while defining and implementing a comprehensive category strategy
• Leverage procurement levers to maximize value and ensure compliance with category strategy and operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain or procurement management within the construction industry
• Proven experience in strategic equipment procurement and category management
• Strong understanding of contract development, supplier negotiations, and risk management
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP are preferred
