Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Supply Manager to oversee strategic sourcing and category management for food service equipment and smallwares.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve procurement practices, including budgeting and forecasting of supply chain revenue
- Lead RFI and RFP events, managing bid preparation, evaluation, and negotiations
- Develop procurement programs that support corporate initiatives and manage supplier relationships through regular reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills and broad knowledge of the foodservice industry
- Understanding of contract terms and RFI/RFP processes
- Ability to develop strategic supplier relationships
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI
