Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Category Manager - Refueling of the Core.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall category strategy to improve Total Cost of Ownership and secure supply continuity
• Execute category strategy through managing supplier relationships and rewarding preferred partners
• Lead business reviews with suppliers and prepare presentations for various management meetings

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree; preferably an MBA in Supply Chain
• 13+ years of experience in procurement
• 10 years of experience negotiating contracts
• Skills in Benchmarking, Market, Competitive Intelligence, and Procurement Project Management
• Experience with vendor management, including purchase order issuance and administration
