Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager - Internal Communications for an 18-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to convey business objectives and culture
- Manage the distribution of internal communication materials and oversee program-level communications
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication plans and provide guidance to executive management on corporate announcements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field with an advanced degree or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in ERP implementation or startup environments is preferred
- Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
- Basic project management skills and experience
