Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Internal Communications for an 18-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to convey business objectives and culture
• Manage the distribution of internal communication materials and oversee program-level communications
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communication plans and provide guidance to executive management on corporate announcements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field with an advanced degree or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in ERP implementation or startup environments is preferred
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
• Basic project management skills and experience
