- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Events, and/or Internal Engagement
- Solid project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong executive presence and experience working with international teams
- Experience in event management and vendor relations
- Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with practicality
