- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Events, and/or Internal Engagement
- Proven ability to think strategically, balancing creative vision with practical execution
- Solid project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Experience working with international teams
