Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory management and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inventory control and execute cycle counts for raw and packaging materials
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and external partners to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain data accuracy
• Supervise and develop a team of Inventory Coordinators, ensuring consistent support and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, including audits and reconciliations
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems focused on inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to adapt processes to optimize inventory control best practices
