Investor Suspense Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Suspense Analyst to resolve post-closing suspense issues and audit findings related to loan purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve suspense issues and audit findings from various sources in accordance with investor-specific timeframes
• Gather necessary documentation to address deficiencies and maintain information within the Loan Origination System
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting, processing, or related roles
• Experience with lending requirements for Jumbo, Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Familiarity with origination loan documents and compliance requirements
• Ability to resolve complex issues and collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to work overtime as required
