IT Agile Delivery Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Strategic Agile Delivery Coach (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of best practices and processes, including documentation and training delivery
• Utilize expertise in software delivery and project management to coach IT teams and improve project execution maturity
• Establish KPIs and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in IT project delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8 to 10 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years focused on continuous improvement
• Project Management Professional certification is desirable
• Experience with CMMI, Six Sigma, ITIL, or Lean methodologies
• Agile certification is desirable
• BS in Computer Science or related fields
