IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal business units to gather and document requirements for solution development
• Support architects by documenting reusable architectural patterns, processes, and diagrams
• Contribute to establishing formal processes for the Cloud Center of Excellence

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with four years of Business Analyst training/certification and experience, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP
• Experience with ITIL-based Service Management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze requirement specifications and understand application development methodologies
