IT Mergers & Acquisitions Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT VMO Mergers & Acquisitions Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts related to IT & Telecom during all stages of mergers and acquisitions
• Conduct IT due diligence to identify risks and integration challenges
• Maintain documentation of IT integration processes and provide post-merger support

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT & Telecom with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
• Strong understanding of IT Vendor Management Office functions
• Experience with Contract Management Systems (e.g., Ironclad, Coupa, Ariba)
• Familiarity with the Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) structure
• Understanding of Purchase Order and Invoice processes
