IT Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations and contracting efforts related to technology and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the intake, review, and internal processing of IT-related contracts
• Ensure contracts follow internal procurement, legal, compliance, and finance approval workflows
• Support technology procurement activities including supplier onboarding and vendor renewals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience in a procurement, sourcing, or purchasing role focused on IT services
• Familiarity with common IT contract types (SaaS, cloud, software licensing)
• Experience with procurement and contract systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, CLM tools)
• Understanding of basic IT risk, data privacy, and security considerations in vendor agreements
