Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist for the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and determine the best solutions for customer issues
  • Manage the IT portion of new employee training and onboard Endpoint devices
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience working in IT
  • Some experience with Azure/M365 administration
  • Knowledge of computer systems, security, network administration, and VOIP systems
  • Experience with mobile device management using Intune
  • Healthcare industry experience and understanding of Information Security for PII/PHI and HIPAA requirements preferred
