Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist for the 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting and determine the best solutions for customer issues
- Manage the IT portion of new employee training and onboard Endpoint devices
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in IT
- Some experience with Azure/M365 administration
- Knowledge of computer systems, security, network administration, and VOIP systems
- Experience with mobile device management using Intune
- Healthcare industry experience and understanding of Information Security for PII/PHI and HIPAA requirements preferred
