A company is looking for an IT Support Technician I/II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot a variety of IT-related products and resolve escalated issues
- Document service requests accurately in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of relevant IT support experience or a combination of education and experience
- Intermediate-level knowledge of various IT systems and tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively and lead small projects
- Must be available for training from 8 AM to 5 PM CST for the first two weeks
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or IT certifications are preferred
