IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to lead internal IT operations and drive automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT support, including helpdesk tickets and device troubleshooting
• Administer and optimize systems across Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and NinjaOne MDM
• Build and maintain workflow automations and support NetSuite operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite, including user management and basic scripting
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Bash
• Experience with workflow automation tools, preferably n8n
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred
