Senior SOC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SOC Analyst to enhance the security posture and efficiency of its computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incident triage and response actions to mitigate threats
• Conduct deep-dive investigations to determine root causes of incidents
• Monitor external data sources and analyze log files to identify potential threats

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Security, Computer Science, or a related IT discipline preferred
• 8+ years of experience in cyber security analysis or Incident Response in a SOC or CERT environment
• Advanced knowledge of SOC/CERT operations, attacker methodologies, and network security
• Experience with incident response actions and forensic tools
• Understanding of network defense and monitoring tools
