Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Automation and Testing Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems
• Architect and manage performance testing infrastructure for backend services and health analytic features
• Drive observability practices across the platform for performance insights and anomaly detection

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of ten years of experience in QA/test automation and performance engineering, including three years in a lead or architect role
• Deep expertise with TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or C# in a test automation context
• Experience with performance testing tools and monitoring/observability solutions
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud/containerized environments
