Job Summary
A company is looking for a GCP Quality Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Contribute to the collection and analysis of quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide quality oversight for clinical trials and coordinate activities related to inspections and audits
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- 2 years or more experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Solid understanding of SOP/Standards management and methods used in R&D environments
- Thorough understanding of Clinical R&D activities and Global Regulations
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
