Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Clinical Data Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical data management activities for projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data management plans and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide leadership and guidance to data management team members throughout clinical trial lifecycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline
• 4-5 years of experience in clinical data management in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Proficiency in CDISC standards, FDA/EMA regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
• Experience with EDC systems and data management tools (e.g., Rave, Inform, Medidata)
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
