Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Digital Content and Instructional Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and revise English Language Arts content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with state standards
• Oversee a team of content writers, providing feedback and ensuring instructional coherence across lessons
• Collaborate with Spanish content leads to align English and Spanish materials and manage revision cycles

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or review for an educational publisher or Edtech company
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or Humanities, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience leading a team of curriculum developers or writers
• Proven ability to adapt or align curriculum to meet state standards
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
