Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for a Full-Time position in Spring 2026, focusing on Intro to Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 40 hours of training sessions to build proficiency with teaching tools and instructional strategies
• Lead lectures for the Introduction to Software Engineering course and support students in achieving learning objectives
• Manage and mentor instructional staff, including Project Coaches and Teaching Assistants, while fostering a strong community

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering using Full-Stack Web Development technologies
• Full-time availability from January 2026 through June 2026
• Available to complete 40 hours of training sessions throughout mid-November to mid-December
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated passion for teaching with prior experience leading classrooms
