Lead UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to lead strategic research and designs for their Employee Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of users' experiences and explore their needs and motivations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand potential problem spaces
• Lead discovery with Product Management partners to gather user data and deliver meaningful insights

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software and enterprise environments
• Excellent understanding of user experience research methodologies and design principles
• Proficient in creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work 100% remotely or from an office
