Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate the coaching program from manager to VP level, overseeing vendor partnerships and program evaluation
  • Lead the execution of multiple concurrent learning and development programs, including onboarding and leadership development
  • Define and implement a learning metrics strategy, using data to drive continuous improvement and strategic prioritization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Organizational Development or Education
  • 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, program management, or HR strategy, preferably in a tech-enabled organization
  • Proven ability to manage coaching programs and leadership development initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience designing and operationalizing metrics and evaluation strategies for learning programs
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
