Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and maintain digital learning materials for customer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the development and launch of customer-facing product instructions using Articulate 360 and video production software
• Organize and facilitate reviews and iterations of instructional documents with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Maintain organized electronic libraries of instructional materials throughout the development and production phases

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Communications, Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences Industry preferred
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
