Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while maintaining scalable contract templates
• Ensure compliance with UK and international laws, identifying and mitigating global regulatory risks
• Lead data privacy compliance and provide legal advice on employment matters across jurisdictions

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with 5-7 years of PQE, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Solid knowledge of UK and international laws, including GDPR and employment law
• Proven ability to manage diverse legal matters in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with global operations and cross-border legal issues is desirable
