Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary counsel for senior leadership
• Provide strategic advice and legal counsel to the company and its subsidiaries
• Lead the resolution of sensitive and complex corporate issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• A minimum of ten years of experience as a licensed, practicing attorney
• Strong commercial legal knowledge
• Admitted to and in good standing with at least one state bar
