Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Contracts to lead its Contracts Organization with strategic vision and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements companywide policies and practices, providing strategic direction across multiple functions
• Establishes broader company strategy and translates it into multi-functional objectives, leading customer engagement and negotiations
• Partners with executive leadership to provide cohesive direction towards company goals and oversees teams to develop new methods for operational success

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Director of Contracts or above
• Experience in leading high-stakes negotiations
• Ability to influence policymaking and strategy at an executive level
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic vision across multiple functions
• Experience in a company with annual revenues exceeding $1 Billion is preferred
