A company is looking for a Senior Director of Contracts to lead its Contracts Organization with strategic vision and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements companywide policies and practices, providing strategic direction across multiple functions
- Establishes broader company strategy and translates it into multi-functional objectives, leading customer engagement and negotiations
- Partners with executive leadership to provide cohesive direction towards company goals and oversees teams to develop new methods for operational success
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Director of Contracts or above
- Experience in leading high-stakes negotiations
- Ability to influence policymaking and strategy at an executive level
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic vision across multiple functions
- Experience in a company with annual revenues exceeding $1 Billion is preferred
