Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - Utah Bar Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Utah
• Experience in handling bodily injury and property damage lawsuits
• Strong understanding of legal research and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Willingness to embrace challenges in a dynamic legal environment
