Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Behavioral Health Consultant who will analyze and interpret behavioral health information to support disability claims involving mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze claim file information, providing evidence-based recommendations
• Collaborate with internal partners and healthcare providers to clarify treatment plans
• Provide consultation and education to enhance understanding of mental health conditions among non-clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Active clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC) required
• 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings preferred
• Proficiency with digital tools and navigating multiple platforms
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
