Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates, assesses, and develops educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
• Mentors new Learning and Development specialists and supports ongoing development
• Leads learning and development projects and monitors feedback trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or RN is required
• Strong behavioral health background
• Experience in instructional design and training methodologies
