Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Specialist who will support providers in achieving high standards of care and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical point of contact for providers
- Conduct outreach to contracted providers to promote best practices and documentation competency
- Review and respond to low-level client complaints and support payor quality reviews
Required Qualifications and Education
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
- 1-3 years of experience in clinical work and/or quality assurance in a behavioral health environment
- Familiarity with documentation standards, risk awareness, and service expectations
- Experience working with clinical or frontline teams
- Familiarity with digital behavioral health platforms, EHRs, or telehealth-based care models
