Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues, delivering exceptional service and compliance
  • Respond to inquiries, evaluate policy information, and document customer interactions
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license required within a designated timeframe
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
