Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues, delivering exceptional service and compliance
- Respond to inquiries, evaluate policy information, and document customer interactions
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license required within a designated timeframe
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
