Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business & Legal Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review a wide range of contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Negotiate, draft, and manage commercial agreements across various business lines
• Provide legal counsel on commercial transactions, corporate governance, and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing
• At least 5 years of legal experience in a high-growth technology company or law firm
• Experience working with founders, VCs, or early-stage boards
• Expertise in crypto law, commercial transactions, corporate law, and regulatory matters
• Proven ability to drive contracts from ideation through execution
