Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual individual and group therapy for clients in addiction treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
• Deliver compassionate, client-centered care to individuals in PHP/IOP levels of care
• Collaborate closely with a clinical team for ongoing support and supervision

Required Qualifications

• Active LADC, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, or New Hampshire
• Experience in addiction counseling, preferably in PHP/IOP
• Proficiency with technology and openness to integrating AI and bioinformatics into clinical work
• Strong documentation skills
• Collaborative, growth-minded approach to client recovery
