• Provide strategic advice on operational improvements, application rationalization, and workflow enhancements
• Conduct gap analyses and develop data-driven recommendations for health plan clients

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare consulting experience, specifically with payer organizations
• Strong understanding of health plan operations and core administration systems
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Facets, QNXT, or HealthRules
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
• Proven track record of client-facing work and delivering high-impact solutions
