Digital Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital training materials and workshops for clients
• Provide proactive support and resolve adoption challenges for clients in the Digital Adoption Program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital adoption strategies with customer success initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Katalon, Selenium, or similar
• Demonstrated understanding of test methodologies and principles
• Experience working in Scrum teams
• Knowledge of testing APIs and back-end services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (preferred)
