Licensed Structural Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of attachment methods for LED cabinets to various primary structures
• Provide stamped ready drawings in compliance with applicable building codes
• Evaluate wind, seismic, and live load impacts to ensure safety and compliance of LED display installations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in display systems or similar structures preferred
• Licensed professional Engineer (P.E.) with structural design licensure in at least one U.S. state
• Proficient in structural analysis software such as RISA, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro
• Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling software, with preference for Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or Revit
