Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated incident creation pipelines for enterprise systems
• Architect, deploy, and manage IT monitoring and observability platforms
• Develop automation scripts and integrations to streamline event correlation and ticket generation

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments focusing on tools engineering and automation
• Strong background in incident management processes and event-driven automation
• Demonstrated expertise in Cribl, IBM Netcool/AIOps, SolarWinds, and Splunk/AppDynamics
• Experience with automation tools/languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Ansible
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and automated ticketing workflows
