Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Resolution Analyst to perform member enrollment audits and ensure data accuracy in benefits administration tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete audits in response to identified mismatches
  • Research and resolve root cause issues from Tier 1 staff
  • Work with carriers on member-level eligibility requests and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Current life and health insurance license preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' cumulative experience
  • Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Advanced Formulas)
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
