Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fulfillment Resolution Analyst to perform member enrollment audits and ensure data accuracy in benefits administration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete audits in response to identified mismatches
- Research and resolve root cause issues from Tier 1 staff
- Work with carriers on member-level eligibility requests and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
- Current life and health insurance license preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' cumulative experience
- Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Advanced Formulas)
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
