Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Specialist - Life Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software applications within the Life Safety system domain
- Research, diagnose, and resolve issues within the Life Safety domain using written procedures
- Assist outside IT teams to ensure a stable environment and support testing and development environments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or similar technical field or 1-3 years of alarm industry technical experience
- Preferred knowledge of the alarm industry, including signaling and programming
- Experience with Windows server support, SQL databases, and networking
- Familiarity with Citrix, VMware, and PowerShell
- Proficiency in using Microsoft suite and Dell utilities
