Key Responsibilities

• Align technology solutions with business strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and vendors, advising on system functionalities and implementation
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT
• Knowledge of business area products and processes
• Understanding of project management concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
