Key Responsibilities
- Design messaging frameworks for product lifecycles, including onboarding and delinquency recovery
- Configure and launch multi-channel campaigns in Braze, ensuring effective segmentation and personalization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and maintain regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in finance or fintech
- Proficiency with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of email, push, SMS, and in-app best practices
- Data-driven mindset with experience in SQL or BI tools
- Proven track record in optimizing payment lifecycle flows and credit messaging
