Key Responsibilities
- Execute data-driven marketing initiatives and manage audience segmentation
- Oversee the coding, approval, and deployment of lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels
- Produce campaign performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for future optimizations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of HTML coding experience, with familiarity in email deployment
- 2-5 years of experience with marketing automation tools or ESPs
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently
