Key Responsibilities
- Design and own the lifecycle strategy to activate, retain, and grow the user base
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and marketing teams to implement data-driven lifecycle efforts
- Analyze user behaviors and campaign performance to iterate and optimize lifecycle campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, and/or email marketing at a SaaS or product-led company
- Strong understanding of user journeys and lifecycle stages across activation, engagement, monetization, and retention
- Proven ability to build and optimize lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance
- Self-directed and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment
