Loan Closer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Closer responsible for closing loans in compliance with company and U.S. Small Business Administration policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure loan closings comply with policies
• Review loan approval documents and establish closing checklists
• Maintain communication with borrowers and manage pre-closing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Understanding of Title Reports, Searches, Insurance, Mortgage, UCC, and lease documentation
• Experience with file management and relevant software
• SBA Loan Closing experience preferred
• Finastra LaserPro experience preferred
