Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Personalization for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy robust ML systems/algorithms for personalized product discovery experiences
• Drive research initiatives to adopt innovative approaches and integrate state-of-the-art techniques
• Conceptualize and implement new personalization features and products to enhance business KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in personalized recommendation systems, ranking models, or search relevance
• Proficient in machine learning with hands-on experience in modern personalized architectures
• Experience in building and deploying production ML systems with A/B testing validation
• Excellent Python skills, experience with at least one deep learning framework, and proficient in SQL
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration for automating ML workflows
