Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers
• Champion the vision and execution of production-grade AI/ML systems for ICS/OT cybersecurity
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI/ML architecture and solution strategies

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering management experience with a track record of building effective technical teams
• Strong technical background in machine learning, data science, and production AI/ML systems
• Prior engineering experience with technologies such as Python, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow
• Management experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Experience in natural language processing, time series analysis, and anomaly detection
